One of the biggest and most complicated projects my dad and I have worked on
this dresser. It is made from oak and stained special walnut. We based the rough plans off of a dresser
my grandpa made for my younger brother. A major design change we made to it was adding a desk that can be
pulled out below the upper two doors. Additionally, we made all the doors and drawer front paralell flush it
the front to match the design of a night stand we had previously made. We installed a new design of soft close
hinges and drawer slides and really liked working with them an used them in other projects going forward.
This has been a great dresser and desk although a lot heavier than ideal for all the moving I do between
college, home, and internship apartments.
