I had a bluetooth speaker that was broken, but instead of getting rid of it I decided to fix it. To get to the circuitry, I had to break open the case creating the need for a new case. I designed a new case completely changing the shape in Autodesk Inventor. I changed the LEDs that were powered by the board to an RGB led strip that I selected a yellow color by putting resistors in to adjust the color values. In my redesign I added a light defusing panel similar to that used in my backlit signs and I also changed the speaker out. I made it Hawkeye as a gift for my girlfriend, a graduate of the Univeristy of Iowa.
